Delivery was very quick, and the JVC styling is spot on - very elegant. The picture is the best I've ever seen. Non HD channels are very bright and crisp. The picture expands smaller formats to fill the screen. Decent sound from so small of a TV. Kinda pricey, but you get what you pay for.

We ordered this JVC TV, took it out of the box, hooked it up and went to set it up. After much frustration we called the technical service number listed in the set up manual. They were very helpful and they determined that the tv was defective. Then the nightmare began. The shipping firm for Amazon, TechNG, had no web site that was accessible and no phone number. Amazon has no customer service phone number that works. JVC finally gave us an Amazon number that works. In order to return a defective product we had to pay shipping which was $20 as well as eat 20% of the cost of the TV because we opened the box. How do you find out a product is defective without opening the box? I will never buy electronics from Amaazon again. Shop local if you want service!

I really like this TV. I have it in the bedroom and it sits on one edge of the dresser. It is not bulky like the old TV and looks nice there. The picture quality is pleasing and the sound is better than I thought it would be. I'm glad I bought it.
